KEEP IT IN USE
The end of wear isn't the end of responsibility.
We believe good clothing should be worn, loved and kept in use for as long as possible. But when a garment reaches the end of its wearable life, what happens next matters too.
That's why we've partnered with UPPAREL, an Australian textile recovery and recycling specialist, to give Saving Tides garments a responsible pathway beyond their wearable life.
Through our End-of-Life Program, we'll assess returned garments for reuse or repair first, and where neither is possible, arrange textile recovery through UPPAREL.
REQUEST A RETURN

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
A responsible next chapter.
Recycling isn't the first answer. Here's how we aim to keep your Saving Tides garments in use and out of landfill for longer.
Reuse & repair
We'll check whether the garment can be repaired or worn again. Keeping clothes in use is always our first priority.
Textile recovery
If it can't be reused or repaired, we'll arrange for it to be sent to UPPAREL for assessment and appropriate recovery.
A new purpose
Depending on material and processing options, recovered textiles may become inputs for other useful products.
BEYOND THE GARMENT
What can recovered textiles become?
UPPAREL works with textile recovery pathways that can turn eligible materials into useful products, such as insulation and acoustic panelling.
Exactly what happens depends on the material, its condition and available processing pathways.
Examples are possible recovery outcomes, not a guarantee for any individual garment.
